"The pillows were a small size for the beds and not the most comfortable, one matress very soft compared the to other. Whilst we understood, basic ameanitiies such as coffee pods/tea bags etc were limited, a greater number of we would have been appreciated for the cost of booking."

"The apartment is in an excellent location—quiet, yet surrounded by everything you might need: shops, cafes, and public transport. The neighborhood is lively but peaceful, and the apartment itself is very silent, perfect for a good night’s rest. However, keep in mind that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage might be a bit of a challenge. Also, the key pickup location is about 15 minutes away from the apartment."

"A few minor tweaks could have made our stay even better. There were a some minor maintainence jobs outstanding (loose door handles, flickering lights, dodgy coffee machine). The bedroom windows need black out linings in the curtains and the lounge windows need some form of covering (blinds/curtains)."

"Great interaction with staffing (Chloe). We were given clear instructions for gaining access to the apartment and for our departure including where to take the trash. The apartment was very clean in a great location near food and train lines. And, of course, great walking location for almost everything. The mini-splits were nice (heating/air) even though we did not need to use them. A nice chilled glass of bottled water was in the fridge upon arrival. The clothes washer is also a great bonus. Plus the prompt release of security deposit 👍"
